Digital Artist

Digital art is a general term for a range of artistic practices that use digital technology as an essential part of the creative process. I love working with computers because of the massive range of different styles that can be achieved from portraiture to vast dreamy landscapes.

I have been a digital artist for over 20 years now, to begin with I used a program called Coral Paint initially to work on photographic material for my family - I spent ages restoring our old worn photographs - but then moved onto creating cool psychedelic album covers for my then favourite music. Digital art is now one of my favourite artistic mediums and although the boundaries between digital and traditional arts exist they are also fantastic working partners.
